1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using QuickCert Pro (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

3. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is offered under a free plan and a paid subscription plan ("Pro Plan").

• Free Plan: The free plan has limitations on the number of clients and invoices you can create. These limits are subject to change.
• Pro Plan: The Pro Plan unlocks unlimited usage and additional features. Payments for the Pro Plan are billed on a subscription basis and are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your Pro Plan subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are solely responsible for the data (e.g., client information, invoice details) you input into the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not to a breach of the Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall QuickCert Pro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website, even if we or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
